Terms & Conditions – Brewing Ritual Beer Fest

  1. Introduction
    These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and attendance at the Brewing Ritual Beer Fest (the “Festival”), a two-day craft beer event held in Cyprus and organised by Radical Brew Co. Limited (“the Organiser”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Festival, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Event Details
    The Festival is a ticketed event featuring participating breweries, beer tastings, and related activities. Each ticket grants access to the Festival for the selected date(s).

Ticket types include:

  • Single Day Ticket (valid for one specified day)

  • Two Day Ticket (valid for both days of the Festival)

Each valid ticket includes:

  • Entry to the Festival

  • One official festival glass (provided at entrance)

  • Access to unlimited beer tastings offered by participating breweries, subject to availability and responsible service

  1. Ticket Purchase and Entry
    All tickets must be purchased through official sales channels as designated by the Organiser.

Entry to the Festival requires presentation of a valid ticket (digital or printed). The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if:

  • The ticket is invalid, duplicated, or tampered with

  • The attendee does not meet legal age requirements

  • The attendee behaves in a manner deemed unsafe or inappropriate

  1. Age Restrictions
    The Festival is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and over. Valid identification may be required upon entry. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry without valid ID.

  2. Ticket Transfers and Resale
    Tickets may be transferred or resold privately by the original purchaser to another individual.

However:

  • The Organiser is not responsible for any private resale transactions

  • The Organiser will not verify or guarantee the validity of transferred tickets

  • Entry will only be granted to the holder of a valid ticket, regardless of the original purchaser

  1. Refund Policy
    All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of full event cancellation (see Section 11). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of personal plans

  • Inability to attend

  • Weather conditions

  • Partial event dissatisfaction

  1. Responsible Consumption
    The Festival promotes responsible alcohol consumption.

The Organiser and participating breweries reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to any attendee who appears intoxicated

  • Remove any attendee behaving dangerously, aggressively, or irresponsibly

No compensation or refund will be provided in such cases.

  1. Health & Safety
    Attendees enter and participate in the Festival at their own risk.

The Organiser is not liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event, except where required by law

  • Reactions to alcohol or food consumed during the Festival

  • Lost or stolen personal belongings

Attendees are responsible for their own wellbeing and for consuming alcohol responsibly.

  1. Event Changes
    The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Festival, including but not limited to:

  • Participating breweries

  • Beer offerings

  • Schedule or layout

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

  1. Photography & Media
    By attending the Festival, you consent to photography and video recording that may include your image.

The Organiser reserves the right to use such material for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes without compensation.

  1. Cancellation or Force Majeure
    In the event of full Festival cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control (including but not limited to force majeure, government restrictions, or safety concerns), ticket holders may be entitled to:

  • A rescheduled event date, or

  • A refund, at the Organiser’s discretion

No additional compensation (travel, accommodation, etc.) will be provided.

  1. Legal Compliance
    All attendees must comply with applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus.

Any illegal activity will result in removal from the Festival without refund and may be reported to authorities.

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
